The cost for a credit report is $9.95 and for our most popular package you get a Credit Report with a FICO Score and SSN Verified on Credit Data, PLUS 2 National Eviction Reports (most offer only 1) with Sex Offender, Terrorist search and Most Wanted Criminal search for only $14.95 per tenant. This is a great service because you get the reports instantly instead of having to wait for someone else to run it for you and then email you. You can even run the screening from your phone. We also have several 3rd party vendors such as Vista Print that do charge extra for some marketing and other services but these are entirely optional and there are no monthly fees.

Absolutely, yes! During purchase, your data is encrypted and protected by Paypal, our U.S-based payment processor, and verified by Verisign. When you're logged in and using Property Manager Cloud, your data is also encrypted and secured. In both cases, the site uses 256-bit SSL technology, the same as banks and other secured websites, to ensure your data is not intercepted during transmission.
Our head programmer also is a top level programmer at a Nuclear Facility. The data is backed up twice daily at 2 separate locations. When you use our web-based software, your data is stored on secure, always-updated, backed-up daily enterprise-class servers in a state-of-the-art, highly-secure data center. One is at a secure GoDaddy Server (a world-class data network with data centers) and another is at a secure offsite location. Since we have dedicated servers it makes our program faster. We spared no expense to make our software fast and secure.

Web-based software is software you use over the internet with a web browser. You don’t have to install any CDs, download any software, or worry about upgrades. If you use online banking or web-based email program like Gmail then you’ve already used web-based software.
Q. Who provides the online rent payment option? A. AgilePayments.com Q. How can I contact AgilePayments.com? A. 888-729-4968 Q. What are the charges for Online Payments? A. They charge 2.9% for credit card processing plus .30 cents per authorization. For ACH processing the cost is .40 cents per transaction. There is also a $20 monthly gateway fee to use this service. Q. How long after the tenant pays online do I get the money in my account? A. 4 business days for ACH payments and 24-48 hours for Credit Card Payments. Q. Does this service work with Canada customers? A. Yes. You will have a separate application for credit card processing however, which will be emailed to you. Please contact them for info. Q. How long does the approval process take? A. 2-3 business days. Q. How can the tenant pay us rent online? A. The tenant can pay online by logging into the tenant portal and then clicking on the link in the portal. This will need to be set up with AgilePayments and then we will place a link in your Tenant Portal. That will take them to the online payment provider and they can make a payment to you from there. You can also have them go directly to AgilePayments.com and they can pay there as well. Q. Do we have to use AgilePayments.com? A. No, you can use any provider you prefer. You will just enter the payments into the software as you get them. Q. Can I continue to use AgilePayments.com if I cancel my account with PropertyManagerCloud.com A. Yes, you can continue to use the service for as long as you want. They integrate with several other software providers as well.
